Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase and unboxing video/photos may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
